Visions East White Paper  

This document was created by Visions East for a presentation to the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers (SNAME) at their annual conference held in Washington D.C., in 2004.  An abstract for the paper was selected in the spring of 2005 by the National Shipbuilding Research Program (NSRP), Surface Preparation and Coatings Panel (SP-3) for inclusion in the August 2005 Journal of Ship Production published by SNAME.  The reprint is provided here.
